I am very happy to answer your questions and relate to you our experience.  Let me start by saying that we will definitely continue to work with Nick on any future buying and selling of properties we may ultimately consider, which I feel is an important endorsement of Nick’s ability and dedication.  My responses to your specific questions follow:

• How did you find him and decide to work with him?  
  • We met Nick informally through a mutual acquaintance.  After speaking with Nick, my wife and I liked him right away, and were impressed by his enthusiasm on a variety of subjects.  After having an initial talk with Nick about potentially becoming our Realtor, he gave us a lot of great ideas right off the bat and we immediately felt comfortable asking him to work with us.
• What did you like or not like about your experience?  
  • There was nothing we did not like about our experience.  Nick was very accommodating and met with us at our home, at his office, or at my office Downtown, whatever was most convenient for us.  He responded almost immediately to any email or phone call, I mean immediately in most cases, it was excellent!  I was never left wondering or out on a limb, Nick was always looking out for our interests and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had no unanswered questions or concerns.
• Did it seem like he got a handle on what you were looking for, and understood your needs?
  • Nick was a great fit in this regard.  He suggested a neighborhood that we had not previously thought about or had even visited, and we ended up buying in that neighborhood.  I think that is an excellent reflection on his ability to process what we were telling him, what he observed, and what he know about our lifestyle.  He takes a lot of notes and makes sure to use them!  
• Were there things you wish had gone differently, or that you had done differently?
  • No, everything went according to plan, and our closing even went perfectly, without a hitch.  We had a series of addendums added to our contract for a variety of reasons, and Nick handled them very well, and was successful in accomplishing all of our goals.  A particularly stressful issue of a damaged sewer line at the property we bought ended up being fully replaced by the seller as a result of Nick’s careful management of the situation and coordination with the seller’s agent.
• Did you feel that he was able to give you the personal attention you needed?
  • Yes. We unhesitatingly recommend him as your Realtor; you will not be disappointed and will undoubtedly have a successful experience.        -Zak
